The Online Design Program (ODP) is our flagship service and where most of our new clients begin. It’s a unique model devised expressly for organizations in a time of growth or transition, seeking a deep (re)invention of their online world. Many are just beginning to get serious about growing their movement online; others are veterans ready to update their game.
The ODP examines the foundational infrastructure necessary for online movement building success, organized into seven key areas. You might be a candidate if you can benefit from one or more of the following:
- Fresh thinking on your positioning and how you express your unique value to the world.
- Deeper understanding of the people you engage online and need to succeed and scale your work.
- Clarity about opportunities and risks online – linked to what’s happened, happening, and likely to come next on the web – relevant to your space.
- Plain language guidance on choosing the best technology to support your work (CMS, CRM, mass email, social media apps).
- Practical guidance on content, specially what to publish and how best to organize and leverage it online.
- Improved brand & user experience brought to life with world-class design.
- Streamlined online operations, systems and staffing roles.
From defined diagnostic work with your team, we make recommendations around these seven key areas, appropriate to your specific goals, size, budget, timeline and other factors. This phase takes 6 weeks to complete and culminates in a detailed implementation plan. The implementation phase typically lasts 12-16 weeks, depending on the scope of necessary design and technology execution work.
* Because the ODP is driven by diagnosis and strategy, it is not useful for organizations who believe they are already clear on what they need to do and simply need a designer, coder or writer to execute it.
